@ragoon700 im 14 and when i have p.e. sometimes my legs hurt too but if it hurts, it means that you are doin good exercise and to relieve the pain just do moree =)
i really don’t think its possible to lose 5 pounds a week without changing your diet dramatically just by adding in a new hour long workout. and if it is, i highly doubt it is healthy. but still, this seems like a good workout

@ragoon700 Hey. You’re knees and legs are probably hurting because your body isn’t used to this kind of exercise. You should start out slow and then gradually pick it up. Your body will soon get used to it if you exercise regularly. But in order for this exercise to work properly you’ll have to have a good diet and burn more calories than you consume.
