    Ye,losing weight is not easy, but it is POSSIBLE. There is so many OTHER (fun) ways to lose weight.. dancing to the music (2h/day) or playing soccer with kids.. So, no need to spend hours in gym. I just recently bought this ebook from weightlossdatabase.info and I am seeing some great results so far. 10 pounds in two weeks..If I remember correctly, ebook costed only $3.     r u serius with this vid??!! I lookes at muself one day and I saw I was FAT and I didnt have msucles then I went to the gym for like 2 moths looked at the mirror and saw I lost about 20 pounds of weight and I got like 30 pounds of muscles,u nfortunately my doctor says I got to much muscles now and I should stop going to the gym and stay like I am XD still this was kinda hard but at least this proof u can loose weight by not killing u r self (true story )

I had closed my eyes and listened to your words, I had said to myself this is why.

    I lost 70lbs in 10 months. To do it, I had to have less than 2500 calories a day. I limited myself to 1500-2000 calories a day, and threw in at LEAST 45 minutes of rigorous excersises in during the day (weight lifting or running). The most IMPORTANT thing is never go over your daily calorie limit. The lower you set it, the more weight you will lose. But the less you set it, the more your body thinks it is starving, therefore causing NO weight loss. Set your calorie intake to 500 calories less.
