I need work out tips for my inner thighs and arse. do not recommend supplaments or pills. they are unhealthy and will not work for the long term. im not an idiot. i do plenty of exercise... at least6.5 hrs a week of martial arts training, and i dance for at least 2-3 hrs a week. so i need something hardcore. thx :) Read More
