    Do lots of abdominal exercises and climb stairs to get the muscles in your but pumped up. Watch what you eat limit your sugar (it just goes straight to your waist) and eat, lots of veggies and clean protien. That should get you started!

    I’ve heard that hundreds and crunches help get you a flat stomach and holding your stomache in regularly when walking or bending.For the butt I recommend squats and lunges.I’m trying workouts myself.I’m also in search for a flat stomache and big butt.My aunt told me about the squats she used to have a flat butt now its big she told me she got it from doing alot of squats.It took her about three months before she saw results though.So try to do about 50 or 100 a day and be patient.If you find out any other tips please send them to me.
